Swallow one tablet at 0 hours, then another tablet 8 hours after the first one, then another tablet 24 hours after the first tablet. Then swallow one tablet every 12 hours after food for 3 days
decreased appetite, sleep disorders, headaches, dizziness, parasthesias, diarrhoea.
do not take with other antimalarials, grape fruits and people using antidepressants
